Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States (Domestic): 2–6 business days

  • Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary during high-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays, etc.).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions (when available) will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sun Touch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We are always happy to assist you through the process.

International Shipping (Outside USA, PR, MX, CA)

At this moment, we ship only to:

  • United States

  • Puerto Rico

  • Mexico

  • Canada
