Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to request a refund, please review the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received

  • Tags attached and original packaging included

  • Requested within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during Black Friday or promotional events (store credit may apply)

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@suntouch.miami with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In those cases, Sun Touch Miami will cover the return cost.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, email us at support@suntouch.miami.


7. Store Credit

Some returns may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund, depending on the item and the condition.
Store credit does not expire.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for your original purchase (if eligible).
